Implement 'claudbg sessions transcribe '. Header section: SessionStats (token counts, tool call breakdown by name, duration, model). Body: each message rendered as a chat log entry — user text, assistant text blocks, tool use (name + input always shown; output shown only if 'output' is in --include), thinking blocks shown only if 'thinking' in --include. Default --include: tools.
