- Help modal intercepts all key input while open.

## Implementation notes

- Same centered overlay pattern as quit dialog (Clear + Block + Paragraph).
|

- Content is static — hardcoded list of shortcuts.
|
|
- Render on top of whatever screen is active.
|
|
|
|
